the only 2 types of posts you need to master (no selfies needed)
how to find your founder brand positioning & develop a unique POV

DM templates to start more conversations with buyers
three ways to run founder brand, depending on your goals, bandwidth, and whether you have an existing team
the best tools to automate whatever can be automated

what not to do (maybe the most important, so much advice is BS)
how to scale your Linkedin strategy to multiple profiles/team members
and everything else you need to know to grow on Linkedin and build a successful founder brand
Includes Q&A with me, so you'll be able to ask your exact questions, get feedback on everything you're stuck on, and solve your current problem or bottleneck. I try to overdeliver during these workshops, so that there's no question left unanswered by the time you leave.
Track record / why I have the audacity to teach this stuff:
Grew my LinkedIn to 43,000 followers, which to date has generated about $3.2m in revenue for myself
Built a LinkedIn ghostwriting agency (Project 33) to 7 people and $100k/month, where we worked with over 80 B2B tech companies
Closed the agency to advise founders and make the same amount of money with no employees. I've now advised over 30 SaaS/AI founders, including the CEO of a publicly-traded cybersecurity company
I run the biggest newsletter and podcast in this space (founderbrand.org). I've interviewed over 150 of the biggest founder brands about their approach, including Jason Fried, DHH, Henry Schuck, Dave Gerhardt, James Hawkins, Guillaume Moubeche, Adam Robinson
Got invited to speak on stages about this stuff, eg. at Nathan Latka's SaaSOpen
Some CEOs I've worked with: Tony Scott (Intrusion), Anurag Goel (Render), Jack Newton (Clio), Mark Gilbert (Zocks), Johannes Landgraf (OpenAI), Anurag Gupta (Shoreline, exited to NVIDIA), Kyle Galbraith (Depot), Aleksandr Yampolskiy (SecurityScorecard)
Why do it:
Building your founder brand is one of the highest leverage things you can do as a founder. If done right, it makes you millions, helps you attract A-players, gets you exposed to opportunities you would otherwise never have access to, and it becomes a moat for your company that keeps compounding the longer you do it.
And if you're in B2B and sell large deals into senior decision-makers, the #1 channel you need to figure out is LinkedIn. But LinkedIn has become super saturated and noisy. OpenAI and Anthropic made it infinitely cheap and easy for anyone to create content. There is no playbook or template that just works out of the box anymore.
So strategy actually matters again. You need to have a unique POV, find the angles and formats that work for you, understand the mechanics of high-performing content, lean into your personality, and build a system that allows you to operationalize all this in a way that's tailored to your goals and constraints. That's what we work through in the workshop.
Results & testimonials:
"In one session, Finn showed us exactly where our LinkedIn content was falling flat and how to fix it. Plenty of people can help you get more likes, Finn is one of the few who shows you how to turn your founder brand into pipeline."
Janis Zech, founder & CEO Weflow.ai
Fredrik Björk generated 4 opportunities with enterprise CTOs from just one LinkedIn direct response post (the format I teach)
Fredrik Björk, CEO & founder Grafbase (exited)
"Before we kicked off with your LinkedIn strategy [4 months prior], we had about five $100k deals in pipeline, right now it's over 50 or 60."
Kevin Bobowski, ex-CMO Siteimprove
"We are measuring that we are generating between 3-4 demos per week from LinkedIn."
Philipp Ströhemann, CEO & Co-founder ComX (exited)
"I think everyone agrees that it was such a great investment to basically go from zero to thought leader in a year is incredible."
Charlotte Stewart, Head of Marketing LiftLab
"I've been following the work of Finn from close as advisor to founders and I'm very impressed."
Alina Vandenberghe, Co-founder and co-CEO Chili Piper
"If you're a founder or exec and not sure how to get started with publishing on Linkedin, Finn Thormeier, and his company, are excellent resources."
Peter Caputa, CEO Databox, ex-VP Sales HubSpot

FAQ:
> I'm already posting and/or getting results. Is this still for me?
Yes. If you've been posting with no clear ROI, or you believe there's more juice to be squeezed, this is exactly what I help with: tweaking the strategy and system for maximum output.
> I'm not in SaaS/AI, does this apply to me?
Yes. The principles apply across B2B, and I've worked with founders in tech, services, and consulting.
> I'm a marketer looking to activate my founders/execs, is this for me?
Yes, but the founders/execs in question need to be bought in and attend the workshop. We've helped many B2B marketing teams install a LinkedIn thought leadership program they can run in-house.
> Is this a course or generic LinkedIn advice?
No. It's a live, interactive session, including back-and-forth Q&A to solve your specific problem/constraint. The advice is tailored to SaaS/AI founders. I update what I teach with every workshop to accommodate changes to LinkedIn's algorithm and what the best people are doing at the cutting edge.
> Is this an agency? Do you do all the work for me?
No. Our core offer is advisory and workshops. We do work with a handful of clients every year on execution to stay close to the work, if they qualify after doing the workshop.
> I'm not sure this is for me, what do I do?
Shoot me a DM / connection request on LinkedIn.
> Who from my company should do this?
The founder(s) and whoever will help you run the system, usually a marketer or assistant/chief of staff.
> How much does it cost?
The group workshop is $1.5k per company, one off. You can bring up to 2 people from your company for free. If you haven't made at least $1.5k from my free content/newsletter/podcast, don't do it. If you have, chances are I can help more.
> Can we do this privately, with just our team?
Yes. I also run private workshops for a single company, starting at $25k. Book a call to talk about it.
> How do I pay? Can I get an invoice?
You pay by card when you book your seat directly on the Calendly form. You'll get an invoice sent to your email via Stripe.
> What if I don't get value?
If you show up and participate for the full workshop, but don't get your problem/question solved, I refund your full ticket. No refunds if you don't show up.
> Do you offer implementation/execution help after the workshop?
Yes. If you want my help implementing the things you learned, my ongoing help starts at $30k.
